HumeLink is a significant energy project involving a new 500kV transmission line connecting Wagga Wagga, Bannaby, and Maragle. The project spans approximately 360km of new transmission lines and includes upgrades to three substations. This initiative aims to enhance electricity delivery across the National Electricity Market, making it a priority project for the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) and the Federal and NSW Governments. The project is anticipated to bring $491 million in net benefits to electricity customers.
